  • C.J. Anderson: Todd Gurley 'was more hurt than we thought'

    From Yahoo! News -
One of the great mysteries from the Los Angeles Rams' stunning, tepid performance in their Super Bowl loss to the New England Patriots was the disappearance of Todd Gurley. It was a trend that carried over from the playoffs that saw newly signed C.J. Anderson lead the Rams in carries and rushing yards in wins over the Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints. When Anderson rushed for 123 yards and Gurley 115 yards in L.A.'s divisional-round win over the Dallas Cowboys, the change of pace looked like a stroke of genius from head coach Sean McVay.
  • Jerry Jones said Cowboys have discussed free agent safeties

    From Yahoo! News -
Everyone assumes the Cowboys will have interest in signing Earl Thomas in free agency since they had interest in trading with the Seahawks for him. Yes, the Cowboys like Thomas, and they have a need for a playmaking safety. Cornerback Brandon Carr was the last free agent from another team the Cowboys gave huge money, signing him to a five-year, $50.1 million deal in 2012.

America’s Team? I would look to the Seattle Seahawks as America’s new pro football team fan favorite. Lots of players on this Hawks team easy to root for. Jump on the band wagon for an additional 3 straight super bowls which would make a NFL record, 5 straight! Go Hawks!!!
